• Design, create, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications.

• Develop layouts, graphics, and interactive elements that enhance the user experience.

• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for different devices and browsers.

• Work closely with content creators and developers to implement design requirements.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve web presence.

IT Technician

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.

• Monitor system performance and security to ensure smooth operation.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, databases, and cloud services.

• Train employees on the proper use of technology and resolve technical queries promptly.

Customer Service Associate

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
